Electrician Job Description:

We would like to hire an Electrician to join our team. You will be responsible for installing and repairing complex electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems working from a technical blueprint. To perform in this role, you need
a valid Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Electrician license and experience in the field working on simple and complex electrical systems.

Electrician Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.

• Read technical diagrams and blueprints.

• Perform general electrical maintenance.

• Inspect transformers and circuit breakers and other electrical components.

• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices.

• Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.

• Circuit breaker corrective maintenance.

• Good knowledge of various test equipment.

• Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations. Electrician Requirements:

• Completion of electrician apprenticeship.

• Experience working as an electrician.

• High school diploma.

• Valid driver's license.

• Valid Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Electrician Licenses

• Electrical system, power generation, blueprints and maintenance and repair knowledge.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis

• Must have reliable transportation

• Able to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to work on a ladder and in high places

• Must follow OSHA safety standards

Job Type: Full Time                   

Shop and Office Location: 4065 Copper Street Mineral Point, WI 

Schedule: Monday- Friday 6am-4:30pm. Occasional Nights and Weekends
